General
Welcome to Made4menTerms & Conditions. By
accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these
terms and conditions as set out below.
We take great pride in offering a fast,
efficient, friendly and secure shopping experience, with great products at fair
prices. We encourage our customers to shop around, but are very pleased to
welcome them back again and again.

Privacy
Policy
We guarantee that every online purchase you
make from our store is a secure transaction. Our site uses the strongest
commercially available level of encryption, 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL).
This ensures that your transactions are secure and your information cannot be
hi-jacked or redirected to anyone other than Made4men.

What information we hold about you
If you have bought something from us we will
have your email address, phone number, address and
credit card details. If you choose to deliver items to a third-party (such as a
friend) we will have their name and address. Information is only used to help
us deliver the parcels and contact you. You may also optionally decide to
receive our newsletter and special offers. You can opt-out of this at any time.
We also maintain an order history of your
purchases. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past
purchases. We may offer you a reward for purchases or make an offer we think
you might like based on your order history. We also collect information of a
general nature about how many 'hits' our website gets. And we monitor the site
traffic patterns; this tells us which areas of the site are being visited more
than others. It also helps us build a more useful site in subsequent
re-designs. We don't track individual users pathways
through the site. Our site also uses 'cookies'.
Cookies
Cookies are small amounts of data sent to your
web browser by a webserver. They cannot harm your
machine in any way as they are small textfiles with
simple information in them. You can see them as small textfiles
inside your 'Temporary Internet Files' folder in Windows. Our cookies keep
track of the items in your shopping basket and act as place markers when you
move around the site. We also use software to track general browsing behaviour on our website. This means that we can build up a
picture of the most popular areas and paths through the site and any problem
areas, though we don't use it on a personal level to track individuals and
their behaviour.
If you have set your Security Settings in
Internet Explorer to 'high' you have disabled cookies. Our site uses cookies to
provide some features such as the Shopping Cart. To use the site you will need
to set the security level for the internet to Medium (under Tools/Internet
Options). This is for "Safe browsing but still functional". Should
you wish to turn off cookies in your browser, your browser's help menu should
tell you how to do this, but this will, of course, affect some of the features
of our site and therefore your shopping experience.

Returns/Guarantees
Policy
No Quibbles Guarantee
Our returns policy is simple! Our "no
quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your
purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a
change of heart you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within
7 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
Returns
Faulty or defective items:
If you return an item because of an error on
our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it
to us. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection
with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping. The item(s) must be returned within 7
days of purchase.
Change of heart:
Goods returned to us because of a change of
heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product
packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You
are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your
purchase, e.g. gift wrapping and delivery charge. Please note that the costs of
returning item(s) to us as a result of a change of heart must be borne by you.
In any event, the item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Perishable goods:
We are unable to accept returns of perishable
goods. Goods that include software: Any item which includes software must be
returned with the software unopened.
Returning a gift:
We are happy to exchange faulty or defective
products that have been sent as a gift. If you are returning an item but would
like to exchange it for something else, please look on the website before
sending the item back. If a refund is
required however, please note that refunds of the purchase price for items
bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.
Items lost in transit:
We cannot be held responsible for packages
lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we
recommend sending the package by Recorded Delivery.
Refunds, replacement and
exchanges:
Refunds, replacements or exchanges are usually
processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) byMade4men.
Any refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the
initial purchase.
Please note, in all instances Made4men shall
not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including
but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This
warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Complaints Procedure
Made4men takes its relationships with
customers very seriously, and we expend a great deal of effort ensuring that we
keep you happy. All your feedback is appreciated.
Governing Law and Contract
Formation
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
- You place the order for your products on the website by pressing
the "submit" button at the end of the check-out process. You
will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of
simple instructions on the website.
- We will send to you an Order Confirmation email detailing the products
you have ordered. This is not an acceptance from Made4men
- As your product is shipped from Made4men or from our suppliers we will
send you a Despatch Confirmation email.
- Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and
us will take place on the despatch to you of the
products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your
order or you have cancelled it.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of
one of the following reasons:
- The product(s) you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for
your payment
- The identification of a pricing, product or offer description error
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria as set out below
Refusal of
Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products
from this website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on
this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse
service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to
you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this
website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any
materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or
unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Disclaimer
To
the fullest extent permitted at Law, Made4men is providing this web site and
its contents on an “as is” basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all)
representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to
this web site or the information, content, materials or products included in
this site including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose. In
addition Made4men does not represent or warrant that the information accessible
via this web site is accurate, complete or current. Price and availability information is subject
to change without notice.
Except as specifically stated on this web
site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither Made4men nor any of its
affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for
damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site or the
information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a
comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind,
including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential
damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and
claims of third parties.
For the avoidance of doubt, Made4men does not
limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it
arises as a result of the negligence of Made4men its affiliates, directors, employees or
other representatives.

Customer service
Made4men acts as a third
party facilitator for the organizer of the experience and we will do our best
to answer any questions you may have about any of the experiences you find on
this site. We are always pleased to hear your
feedback and welcome any comments you may have. These comments help us to
ensure the quality of the experiences remains at the highest level and help us
to accept or reject new experiences throughout the year.
The experience
The contract for the experience is
between you and Made4men. The actual fulfillment of the experience is by a
third party operator on our behalf. The timing, descriptions and photographs of
any experiences appearing on the site, information pack or otherwise
communicated are intended only to present a general idea of the experience and
shall not bind Made4men. We reserve the right to alter any part of the
experience where such an alteration has been imposed by the operator. The
experience is offered subject to availability and weather conditions; therefore
neither Made4men nor the organizers can guarantee that the experience will not
be withdrawn by the operator if the weather conditions on the day render the
experience unsafe. The experience will then be rescheduled for another date. In
the event of an experience being discontinued by the operator due to any
reason, the customer or recipient will be offered an alternative location
to undertake the experience. However if this is not suitable or available a
refund will be provided subject to our terms and conditions below. Session
lengths are meant as an approximation only. As Made4men features multi-location
experiences, session lengths, styles and numbers may vary from location to
location.
Restrictions
The experience is provided subject to any
restrictions stated on the site or via other information provided e.g. the
person undertaking the experience must have a valid driving license. A failure
to comply with such a restriction will prevent the customer or recipient from
undertaking the activity and in such circumstances Made4men is under no duty to
provide an alternative experience or a refund. Please note that the recipient
must provide a proof of their age if requested to do so.
The voucher
The recipient will not be permitted to
commence the experience unless in possession of a valid voucher. A voucher will
be deemed invalid if out of date, somebody other than the person specified
wishes to undertake the experience, or the experience specified does not
correspond with the experience which the customer or recipient wishes to
undertake. The voucher is valid until the date specified on it. If the customer
or recipient is unable to utilise the voucher before
the expiry date, then upon the original voucher being returned to Made4men prior
to the date of expiry; the payment of an administration fee of 25% of the value
of the voucher, subject to a minimum fee of £25.00, and the payment of any
increase in the operators fees (if applicable) the company shall reissue a
voucher for the same experience which shall be valid for a further 6 months and
subject to refund and cancellation terms as stated below.
Exchanges
The customer or recipient may exchange
the voucher for another experience on the site subject to the payment of any
difference in price of the experience. The customer or recipient shall not be
permitted to exchange the voucher if the experience has been booked with the
operator. The customer or recipient will not be allowed to exchange the voucher
or be entitled to a refund in the event of losing the voucher.
Medical conditions
Due to the nature of some experiences,
participating in an experience may be dangerous to health. Accordingly the
recipient must notify both a representative of the organizers before ordering
the experience and a representative of the operator before commencing the
experience of any medical condition likely to affect them.
Pricing
The price stated on the site is inclusive
of VAT. Made4men reserves the right to change prices without notice subject to
Made4men informing the customer of the new price at the time of ordering. The
customer shall pay the price in full at the time of ordering and no voucher
shall be issued unless the full price has been paid.
Refunds and cancellations
Made4men will refund any customer in full
if the gift pack is returned to Made4men within 14 days of purchase. After this
date and until one month before the voucher’s expiry date, Made4men will charge
an administration fee of 25% (subject to a minimum charge of £25.00) of the
voucher price, provided the voucher has not expired and the experience had not
been booked with the operator. Vouchers cannot be refunded within one month of
their expiry date. Made4men reserves the right to discontinue an experience or
individual operator at its own discretion and should a suitable alternative be
unavailable the customer shall be entitled to a full refund. Any refunds will
be payable to the purchaser of the gift and in the event of a credit card
payment, will be refunded directly to the credit card used to purchase the
experience. The customer or the recipient shall not receive a refund if the
experience does not take place because of national war, prohibitive government
regulation or anything else beyond the reasonable control of Made4men or the
operator. If a date has been booked for the experience, then charges may apply
should you wish to cancel the experience. This charge will vary from supplier
to supplier and occasionally may mean you lose your booking completely if the
supplier cannot fill your place on the experience.
Customer complaints
If the customer or recipient has any
complaint relating to the experience or the service provide by the operator
they should be addressed to Made4men who will in turn address the complaint to
the operator.
Free personal accident and cancellation
insurance
Should the customer have to cancel an
experience for any of the following reasons, they may claim against the
automatic Cancellation Insurance to a maximum of £500; accidental bodily
injury, death, illness, compulsory quarantine, redundancy, jury service, death
of a close relative, or mechanical breakdown. In some cases, evidence of your
claim may be required. Should the customer have to claim for personal injury,
they may claim against the automatic Personal Accident Insurance in the case of
death and permanent total disablement to a maximum of £50,000.
Temporary total disablement is covered for up to £150 per week, payable for a
maximum of 104 weeks from the date of the Accident, and excluding of the first
14 days each and every loss. A full list of terms and conditions relating to
insurances are included in each gift pack.
Exclusion of liability
Made4men does not act as an agent or
employee for the operator. Whilst we make every effort to monitor the service
provided by the operator it does not provide any warranty or guarantee as to
the performance and safety standards of the operator with regard to the
experience. Therefore any liability incurred by the customer or the recipient
is the responsibility of the operator and not Made4men. Made4men shall not be
liable for the death or personal injury of the customer, recipient or third
party unless it is due to the negligence of Made4men. Made4men shall have no
liability for damage to property, consequential losses or expenses suffered,
which includes but is not limited to loss of anticipated earnings, profits, goodwill,
reputation, business receipts or contracts, losses or expenses resulting from
third party claims.
Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms and conditions
will affect the Customers statutory rights. These terms and conditions are
subject to the law of England
and Wales.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
