If the experience chosen is less than the cost of the voucher, a credit will be held against your account to be used against any future orders. The voucher is open dated for 9 months. The gift pack will contain general information on all of these experiences allowing the recipient to book one experience of their choice.
What else do I need to know?
You will receive by post a full information pack and an open-dated gift voucher valid for nine months. You must book and take your experience before the voucher expiry date.
Delivery details
Delivery to UK Mainland only. Please note, an additional cost will apply for international deliveries. Delivery options available: first class post (£3.95) or guaranteed next working day delivery (£10). Delivery by first class post within 3 - 5 working days. Please allow 7 days for delivery during peak postal times. Next day delivery must be ordered before 12.00. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required upon receipt. Deliveries not signed for will taken to your local post depot. Please note: delivery is by Royal Mail therefore we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system. No dispatch or delivery on UK bank holidays and weekends.
